These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of devdanbuildingmaterials.com and any purchase made through our website, showroom, or WhatsApp ordering. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial refund, or a full refund.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before proceeding if this affects your order.
• An invoice will be issued for every completed order.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

• We make every effort to display accurate colors, finishes, and dimensions for our tiles, doors, sanitary ware, and other materials. However, due to screen display differences and natural material variation (e.g. tile batch shading), slight differences between photos and delivered product may occur.
• Tile and flooring quantities calculated using our on-site Tile & Flooring Calculator are estimates only. We recommend confirming final quantities with our team before large orders, and always account for wastage from cutting and installation.
• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will honor the price at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

• We deliver nationwide. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location — reach out on WhatsApp or through our contact form for a delivery estimate specific to your order.
• Our delivery team takes reasonable care to prevent damage in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom-cut, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
• Products found to be defective or damaged on arrival will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Specific warranty terms for a product will be shared at the time of purchase or on request.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Showroom Visits & Bookings

• Showroom visit bookings made through our website are confirmed by our team via email or phone. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible.

6. Bulk & Contractor Orders

• Large commercial or contractor orders may be subject to separate pricing, deposit requirements, and delivery timelines agreed upon directly with our team.
• Bulk pricing quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to material availability at the time of order confirmation.

7. Accounts & User Conduct

• If you create an account or sign in via Facebook, Google, or X, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

DevDan Building Materials LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
