Company Profile: History

Devdan Building Materials was established in 2019 as a subsidiary of ElsonChidon, a company with a rich history in the construction industry dating back to 2000. Initially incorporated in 2011 with CAC registration number RC-961088, ElsonChidon expanded its operations, leading to the creation of Devdan in 2019.

Devdan was originally registered as an enterprise (BN 2889369) but was fully converted to a Limited Company in 2024 (RC 7421086). With headquarters in Lagos and branches in Asaba and Owerri, we are the largest distributors of ceramic tiles, water closets, and steel doors in the region.
